I’m so glad I came across this podcast and especially this episode! I’m also a mom with bipolar disorder, specifically, postpartum bipolar disorder. My bipolar was triggered by childbirth. It makes me feel good to see another mom thriving like Sarah.
Although there’s more awareness about perinatal mood and anxiety disorders & bipolar disorder, Sarah is very brave to share her story because unfortunately there is still stigma. We need more moms like her who are willing to discuss her experience.
Thanks again for recording this special episode. 🙂
