Welcome to the 5-Step Path from Surviving to Thriving for moms! I have been in survival mode so many times over the last ten years of motherhood and began to see a pattern emerge from fighting my way to thriving again and again. 

This is a framework that I created to help us all see clearly where we are in a hard season and know where to put out time and energy so we can navigate our days confidently.

  1. Survival – circumstances are bigger than you
  2. Re-entry – catching up on all the things that you let go of in survival mode
  3. Normalizing – putting some basic systems in place
  4. Exploring – discover what brings meaning and joy into your life
  5. Thriving – establish the 3 Pillars of Thriving in your life so you can Soar!
