This week’s podcast episode is an inspiring conversation with Arielle, a mom of four children ages 2-9.

Arielle discovered the Soaring Mothers Summit last year during a period of transition. The idea of creating a vision for her life took hold of her, and she decided that instead of staying in a place of thinking, “All I do is clean, cook, and keep kids alive,” she would create a life she was excited to wake up to each day.

Arielle wanted to make a significant change for herself, so she gave herself the power and resources to do that. She joined a gym to help her feel strong in her body and went back to school after a year of preparation.

She also looked at what she believed was holding her back. Even though it’s hard to imagine in the early years with babies and toddlers, some of the limitations from that period begin to change as our kids get older.

It is essential to look into our thoughts and beliefs and see what we might be carrying over to a new season of life. Are there stories that you tell yourself that aren’t true anymore? Are there new thoughts that could be more helpful?

Arielle’s journey and lessons learned during the last few years of motherhood are sure to uplift and inspire you in your motherhood journey, and I’m excited for you to tune in and hear more!
