Action Steps

One of my defining moments in motherhood was realizing there was more to my life other than being a parent, a wife, and a household manager.

There are (at least) 10 different life domains that apply to each of us: Intellectual, Emotional, Physical, Marital, Parental, Social, Avocational, Vocational, Financial, and Spiritual.

To help give guidance on what would be good goals or habits to develop and expand our view of what our vision could include this year, take the personal life assessment in your planner by giving yourself a score from 1 to 10 in each of these life domains.

The point of this step is AWARENESS. We are not going to be a 10 out of 10 in each domain, and that isn't what we are aiming for either. Be honest with yourself and look for the good. On the next page write what you could do to improve in each area (not a commitment, again just exploring possibilities).
