Have you struggled with dieting or an extreme focus on healthy eating? In this weeks episode with Victoria Yates, she shares practical ways you can start to build trust and develop a healthy relationship with food again for you and your family.”

We decide what and when of food, and the kids decided how much they eat.” – Victoria Yates

When it comes to helping kids trust their bodies with food, Victoria encourages parents to let their kids be the expert on how much they eat.

Our kids know when they are done, and we can let them decide that.

Incorporate a good variety of food into your life. Lots of colors, lots of textures, and no food is off limits. Victoria shares how she took her young kids to get ice cream to do something fun together. The point – don’t stress about food and let all food be part of your life!

Patreon is the place where we can come together as mothers and intentionally cultivate growth together. Each month you can gain access to printable worksheets that go along with topics in the podcast to help us slow down and make lasting change – not just be inspired for a few days and then move on. These worksheets are what I’m personally working on and talking about with my closest friends – and I want YOU to join us!

Cultivate your growth intentionally with us through two worksheets a month, a online community, and a monthly group video call to share our “big wins” and things we are still working on.
