After her third child was born, Monica Packer realized that she had become someone that wasn’t true to herself or the mom she wanted to be. This led to a period of much change and growth, starting with making list of things she wanted to do before she turned 30. She talks about the transformation that took place from that pivotal moment as well as how she reinforces that kindness is the most important thing for their family and how each person is responsible for their own happiness.
